Big Give Registration – Nonprofit

The Big Give shines a spotlight on YOU! Our Nonprofits!
It’s a chance to grow your visibility, raise funds in creative ways, and join with other nonprofits to create something bigger than any of us could do alone. The goal of this event is to highlight and bring visibility to the great work our nonprofits are doing in our community while providing a fun, whimsical, holiday experience for kids.

At The Big Give:

Share your story with thousands in Snohomish – The Harvested Holiday Market traditionally has 5,000+ guests.  There is no better place to be seen!

As a participating nonprofit organization you agree to provide a 10×10 tent, 25lb. weights for each tent leg, 6-foot table, tablecloth, a FREE holiday themed activity or game for kids, a tree for auction, and raffle items. Be creative and showcase your specific mission. We don’t want to compete with the Harvested Holiday Market so no merchandise sales please and no food or beverages may be given out for free or sold. While hot cocoa is festive let’s leave it to the professional cocoa elves! We do recommend a QR code at your table for people to donate directly to your cause! The Chamber will pair you with a Support Partner Business who will help you procure raffle items and help decorate your tree which will be provided by the Chamber. In exchange, their business will be highlighted alongside you at your booth as a supporting partner.

Raise funds through raffles!
Bring at least 2 raffle baskets! Work collaboratively with your paired Business Support Partner to obtain raffle items. Raffle tickets will be sold to attendees for $5 each. You will receive 100% of the proceeds from the raffle tickets in your bucket at the end of the event! Sent via check postmarked within 14 days.

Raise funds through the tree auction!
The Chamber Role – We will ship a tree and a tree bag to keep it together while the tree is in transit, to the nonprofit organizations address prior to the event. The Chamber will donate $75 to your nonprofit to be used to decorate the tree. All proceeds from your tree will be sent directly to you via check along with the $75 donation postmarked within 14 business days after the event.

The Nonprofit Organizations Role
– You will bring the tree (previously sent to you by the Chamber) fully decorated to the event on Saturday at set up. We suggest collaborating with your Business Support Partner on all aspects of the tree. Feel free to add more ornaments than the $75 the Chamber provides for decorating.  The better the tree the more money people are willing to bid. Guests will have the opportunity via silent auction to bid on your tree throughout the day.  The nonprofit organization will arrange tree receipt with the winner should they not be onsite to pick up the tree at auction closing. Auction will close 1 hour before event closes to facilitate tree pick up.  Winners will carry their trees away just like all the other items they purchased.  There will not be an opportunity to drive onto the grounds and pick up trees. If the tree is not picked up by the winner before the event closes the nonprofit organization must remove the tree from Snohomish High School property during their load out time at event close on Sunday nothing can be left at the school. The nonprofit will then arrange pick up of the tree with the winner. Our elves suggest a few battery-operated lights to highlight the magic of the tree as we cannot guarantee a power source at the event.

Connect with families & new supporters – This is why you are here and where this event makes a difference! Make sure you are making magic happen at your booth 100% of the time from 10am – 5pm on Sunday, November 23. This is a holiday event but it’s not Halloween, no empty booths haunted by ghosts.

A few housekeeping items.

  • Load in/Out directions will be provided 2 weeks prior to the event. There are hundreds of vendors, and we appreciate you adhering to your assigned time. Currently we have load in taking place from 2pm to 8pm on Saturday, November 22. Please have appropriate help to unload your vehicle quickly and clear the load in lanes. There will be no exceptions or accommodations made to load in/out times. There is no set up, load in on Sunday. You will be assigned a specific load in/out time 2 weeks prior to the event. The school will be locked overnight to secure items left on Saturday.
  • This event is rain or shine. We will be outside in the Snohomish High School Courtyard Area. Each space will be 10 x10. Some booths will be covered by the walkway, but please bring your own 10×10 tents. You must have a minimum of 25lb weights per tent leg. Bring your own 6-foot table and tablecloth – no naked tables! Power is not guaranteed. If you need it bring a power source, we ask that you be mindful of your neighbors and not bring loud gas generators they will not be allowed. We also ask that you adhere to safety and fire code standards. The Fire Marshall is likely to visit the event. Little Buddy Heaters and hand warmers are highly recommended. As part of their sponsorship your support partner business should also be highlighted at your booth.
  • Parking: The day of the event all vendors, nonprofit organizations, and partners must park off site leaving the closer parking spaces for attendees.

We are so excited to be able to partner with the Harvested Holiday Market to bring you this tremendous opportunity to bring awareness of your organization to over 5,000+ people. We are looking forward to a fabulous event.

Thank you for your interest in being part of the Big Give! We’ve reached our sign-up deadline for 2025, but we’d love for you to stay involved. If you’re interested in participating in another way, please consider volunteering. Thank you!
