The goal of this event is to highlight and bring visibility to the great work our nonprofits are doing in our community while providing a free, fun, whimsical, holiday experience for kids. Support Partnership $250
As a support partner you will be partnered with a nonprofit organization.
Your commitment to the nonprofit:
- Collaborate with the nonprofit organization to procure or purchase raffle items.
- Assist with decorating Christmas Tree (provided by Chamber) in theme of your and nonprofit org’s choice.
- Assist with set up on 11/22 and help staff booth 11/23 (if needed) at event from 10 am to 5 pm.
Partner Benefits:
- Notation as a partner on Big Give website page.
- Notation as partner on social media carousel.
- Logo/business name on nonprofit partner’s table, recognition as activity partner at the nonprofit partners booth at event. (Flyers for distribution at event if desired).
A few things your nonprofit might need assistance with
- Load in/Out directions will be provided 2 weeks prior to the event. There are hundreds of vendors, and we appreciate you adhering to your assigned time. Currently we have load in taking place from 2pm to 8pm on Saturday, November 22. Please have appropriate help to unload your vehicle quickly and clear the load in lanes. There will be no exceptions or accommodations made to load in/out times. You will be assigned a specific load in/out time 2 weeks prior to the event. The school will be locked overnight to secure items left on Saturday.
- This event is rain or shine. We will be outside in the Snohomish High School Courtyard Area. Each booth space will be 10×10. Some booths will be covered by the walkway, nonprofits will bring their own 10×10 tents. There must be a minimum of 25lb weights per tent leg. Bring your own 6-foot table and tablecloth – no naked tables! Power is not guaranteed. If you need it bring a power source, we ask that you be mindful of your neighbors and not bring loud gas generators they will not be allowed. We also ask that you adhere to safety and fire code standards. The Fire Marshall is likely to visit the event. Little Buddy Heaters and hand warmers are highly recommended.
- Parking: The day of the event all vendors, nonprofit organizations, and partners must park off site leaving the closer parking spaces for attendees.
